Emergency Communications exam sessions MUST be conducted with two ARRL registered Emergency Communications Field Examiners. 

Note: Failure to comply with Field Examiner procedures as outlined in the Field Examination and Information and Instructions and to the standard of conduct expected of a volunteer representing the ARRL, will result in termination of service in this role. Also, ARRL reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate this relationship at any time, with or without any reason or cause.
