Non-ARRL Exam Session
INFORMATION

Non-ARRL Volunteer Examiner Teams
As a courtesy, we will list other VECs information as our time permits. Even if the
exam session is not intended to be coordinated through the ARRL VEC, we would like to be able to share your exam date and location information with the hundreds of people who contact us daily by phone, mail, email and fax.
November to February is an EXTREMELY busy registration period, as a
majority of teams are registering their exams for the coming year.
**During this time, please allow 7-10 business days
to see your information posted to the web.**
Non-ARRL Volunteer Examiner Teams can register their upcoming exam session dates and locations by using the interactive Non-ARRL Sponsored Exam Session Registration Form. -
Register your upcoming exam session dates and locations on the
ARRL VEC Exam Session Registration page.

How long for the session(s) to post to the Web?
Your exam session(s) will be processed and posted to the Find an Amateur Radio License Exam Session page within 7 to 10 business days. Increased traffic at certain times of year may lengthen the processing time. For immediate responses or questions, please contact the ARRL VEC.
