2024 marks the 30th anniversary of VECA's ARRL affiliation!
N1USA/R is on the air in Aledo IL on 444.250/R DCS 073. Coverage is limited to Mercer County at present. There is some coverage in northern Warren County and southern Rock Island County as well as across the Mississippi River in Des Moines and Louisa counties. User reports may be sent to N1USA@arrl.net. For members in Aledo, there also is a remote base from 440 to 2 meters. There also is a GMRS repeater for those who hold GMRS licenses.
