For the past few weeks, I’ve been dealing with regular power outages, often with little or no prior warning. It’s becoming a huge inconvenience, especially with work and essential services depending on electricity. I’ve reached out to Eskom customer service multiple times, but their responses are slow and unhelpful. |

I had high hopes for eskom, but I was sorely disappointed with their service. Power outages were frequent, and the customer support was unhelpful when I reached out for assistance. It became clear that they were unable to address the ongoing issues. |
