The Emerald Coast Amateur Radio Association (ECARA) is a group of amateur radio enthusiasts primarily in the Santa Rosa County, Florida area. While the group was originally formed to support the Navarre Community Emergency Response Team (CERT), club interests are much wider than that and ANYONE who wishes to participate with us is welcome, although only licensed amateurs can formally join the club and vote in elections. In addition to monthly group meetings that include diverse presentations, major ECARA events include ARRL Field Day and Winter Field Day events.
