The East Bay Amateur Radio Club (EBARC) in Richmond, California was founded in 1947 by a group of local amateur radio operators.
While our purpose is mainly social, club members provide a variety of services to the community. We really enjoy HF in it's many forms.
We welcome both licensed ham operators and the general public to become club members and to participate in our monthly meetings and club activities.
